OEM and ODM Hotel Linen Customization Process
A step-by-step approval flow for materials, samples, branding, production, quality and export packing.

Customization works best when the buyer and supplier lock decisions in a clear sequence. The process below reduces ambiguity before production.
1. Project brief
Share the property type, market, room count, product list, quantity, target standard, delivery location and schedule. Include existing technical packs or reference samples where available.
2. Specification review
Confirm fiber, construction, finished measurements, tolerances, color, workmanship, labels, packing and test requirements. Identify any item that still needs development.
3. Commercial quotation
MOQ, sampling, pricing, lead time and trade terms are quoted against the agreed assumptions. Changing a core specification may require a revised quotation.
4. Sample and testing
Approve appearance, hand, measurements and branding. Launder samples under intended operating conditions and document results.
5. Production approval
Freeze the signed specification, approved sample or color standard, artwork and packing instructions before bulk production.
6. Inspection and delivery
Inspect against the approved standard, confirm carton marks and coordinate shipping documents. Keep the final specification as the reference for replenishment orders.
